The General Manager is responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership for the restaurant. This individual must maintain effective operations and drive results through team development, superior guest experiences, cost management, and revenue growth. The General Manager is tasked with hiring, training, and nurturing Team Members who embody the Wingstop mission - To Serve the World Flavor. This leader must instill the Wingstop Way culture within their team and be a collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about hard work, enjoying the process, and showing genuine commitment to the brand's success.

As the General Manager at Wingstop, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional dining experiences and cultivating a vibrant work atmosphere. Your role includes a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring operational success:

  • Fostering a culture of outstanding guest service, setting an example, and motivating your team.
  • Overseeing all facets of restaurant operations, from food preparation to guest interactions.
  • Establishing and achieving sales objectives, driving revenue growth, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and implementing cost control measures.
  • Mentoring, training, and developing a skilled and motivated team of employees.
  • Creating and executing strategies to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborating with regional and corporate management to maintain brand standards.
