Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our Asset Owner America's segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically leading institutional client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while mitigating risk for both the client and organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing relationship plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business and needs to create a tailored relationship plan.
  • Execute the relationship plan by engaging product partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Initiate conversations with clients and their advisors to keep them informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings.
  • Work closely with senior managers to escalate issues and communicate product gaps or opportunities.
  • Complete annual service reviews to ensure client satisfaction and refresh the relationship plan.
  • Contribute to departmental financial goals by cross-selling products to current clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage client profitability and fee negotiations to meet departmental goals.
  • Address administrative needs of clients with internal partners, including transaction processing, accounting, reporting, documentation, and fees.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in trust, asset servicing, or investment management.
  • General knowledge of trust/asset services, products, and investments.
  • Proficiency in interpersonal skills, negotiation, and delegation, as well as leadership and organization skills.
