Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Medical Center. As a per diem RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients with pulmonary and infectious diseases on our 6 Bed Tower unit.
Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, including those with HIV, respiratory diseases, and cystic fibrosis.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a safe and clean hospital environment by adhering to infection control protocols and reporting any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve unit goals and performance improvement objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- At least one year of relevant and current experience in a hospital setting.
As a per diem RN at UNC Medical Center, you will enjoy:
