Customer Service Representative

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Care Advocate to support a premier financial services client in Warwick, RI.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide software guidance and assistance to customers, including answering questions and resolving issues related to defined benefit pensions and account maintenance.
- Work to remove roadblocks and educate customers on the correct process for receiving information.
- Process and navigate Windows-based operating systems to resolve customer inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and convey complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
- 1-2 years of call center experience or equivalent office experience.
- 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.).
- Strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
