Administrative Assistant

OCG Companies is a leading utility servicing company in Michigan, serving businesses and communities for over 22 years. We are looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including submitting permits, processing work orders, and tracking job site progress. You will also provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
As a part-time employee, you can expect to work approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $45,000-$60,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Miss Dig tickets, research permits, and process work orders
- Assist with tracking job site progress and customer interactions
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Analyze and report data using Excel
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A 2-4 year degree or equivalent experience in project administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
