About the Role

Pacific Life is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Consumer Market's Division Affluent Market Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, financial advisors, and producers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience with Pacific Life.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • FINRA SIE and Series 6/7 licenses required within 5 weeks of hire date.
