Job Title: Office Associate

CertaPro Painters is a leading provider of residential and commercial painting services throughout North America. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Office Associate will provide administrative support to various functions, including Marketing, Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative, Human Resource, and Business Development. This role will be responsible for creating sales packages, sending and scheduling estimates, maintaining inventory, and updating point of sale material.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create sales packages and send estimates to customers
  • Ensure all marketing tactics are executed according to the Company's Annual Marketing Plan
  • Maintain customer mailing lists and update point of sale material
  • Order paint and materials with Production Associate's direction
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO's) and pay bills
  • Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers and participate in regional or national training conferences
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • College degree a plus
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing
  • Organized and detailed-oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation:

$25.00 per hour
