Role Summary:

In the capacity of Office Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless operation of our global office functions. Your duties will encompass logistics oversight, managing office maintenance and repairs, vendor liaison, and ensuring the upkeep of equipment. This position demands exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to implement technological advancements to enhance office management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Office Management:
    • Supervise daily operations of office environments on a worldwide scale.
    • Ensure facility maintenance and repairs, compliance with safety standards, and management of office supplies and equipment.
    • Identify and integrate technological solutions for enhanced office management.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Oversee relationships with vendors supplying goods and services.
    • Source and negotiate contracts with new vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products.
    • Address vendor-related issues and maintain comprehensive vendor records.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    • Manage the shipping and receiving of goods and materials.
    • Coordinate with carriers, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide general technical assistance for office operations.
    • Ensure functionality of office equipment and troubleshoot as necessary.
    • Being tech-savvy is advantageous; training on specific systems will be provided.
  • Data Collection:
    • Capture photographs in retail environments and gather product data (pricing and descriptions).
    • Shop for specific consumer goods as required.
  • Display Management:
    • Organize and set up product displays or shelving in retail settings.
