Position Overview:

  • Full Time, 40 hours weekly
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
This position entails managing patient appointments, securing necessary medical records, and ensuring the accuracy of patient data. Additionally, the role includes overseeing appointment check-ins and relaying patient information to dermatology specialists.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Capability to deliver exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scheduling or healthcare record management systems
  • Clinical experience in the relevant field
  • Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
