We are seeking a highly skilled BRC Functional Analyst II to join our team at King County. As a key member of our Business Resource Center (BRC), you will provide technical support and expertise to our customers, ensuring seamless interactions with our Oracle ERP applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, and PeopleSoft HCM.
- Collaborate with BRC teams, business partners, and customers to enhance and streamline business processes and practices.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and guidelines on system changes, enhancements, or updates.
- Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating with team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of Oracle solutions.
- Utilize ITSM tools (Cherwell, Neurons, Jira) and methodologies (ITIL) to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service role resolving IT issues for users.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to users and team members.
- Prior experience in a technical support or help desk environment, providing support to users by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, training materials, and guidelines on system changes, enhancements, or updates.
- Proficiency in systems analysis, application troubleshooting, and using reporting tools to monitor and track performance measures.
