Job SummaryWe are seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and establish financial workbooks and reports in Deltek and Power BI to track and monitor program financial performance. You will perform financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and prepare reports of findings and recommendations to program management.
Responsibilities- Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report program finance performance, including sales, net sales revenue, and EBITDA.
- Budgeting and Cost Controls: Develop and maintain budgets, and ensure cost controls are in place to meet financial targets.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze variances in financial performance and provide recommendations to program management.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accruals, journal entries, and estimate at completion (EAC) updates.
- Financial Planning: Create and brief annual fiscal year plans for selected projects.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analyses and scenarios for ad-hoc budgeting and pricing exercises.
- Client-Facing Deliverables: Invoicing and other client-facing deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- Prior relevant experience with program finance.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Comfortable presenting financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented.
- Experience proactively meeting client concerns.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
TRC offers a competitive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401(k) package, paid time off, and paid holidays.
CompensationSalary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual discretionary bonus program.
