Position Summary

Our Admissions team is expanding to better serve prospective students. If you possess experience in sales, recruitment, marketing, or client relations, and excel in communication, relationship-building, and teamwork, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
The Enrollment Advisor plays a vital role in attracting new students to our programs, acting as a recruiter, advisor, and mentor throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective students through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct outreach to individuals interested in pursuing education at ATI.
- Meet with potential students to provide detailed information about program offerings and guide them in selecting the best fit for their aspirations.
- Represent ATI at various events and engage with prospective students and their families.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions activities, completing daily reports as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of enrollment documentation.
- Keep all required reports updated and accurate, including data in ATI systems.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all ATI policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Build and nurture relationships to generate referrals.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance student satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and executing on-campus events for prospective students.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, public relations, or recruitment is strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in appointment setting, interviewing, and client services.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills/Abilities:
- Passionate about supporting others in achieving their educational and career objectives.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong commitment to follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with professional social media use.
- Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
