About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Design and implement process improvements, from conceptualization to execution and follow-up.
  • Work with injection molding processes to ensure optimal performance and output.
  • Use AutoCAD to design and modify manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and production issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the development of manufacturing strategies and roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Extensive experience with injection molding processes and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
