- Ensure high-quality research output and data analysis, delivered in a simple and compelling narrative.
- Stay up-to-date on changing industry and competitive dynamics, incorporating insights into research plans.
- Act as an advocate for the customer, helping business partners understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage the work assignments of analysts and senior analysts, coaching them as appropriate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a professional environment, with at least 5 years focused on consumer insights/competitive intelligence.
- 5 years of proven experience coaching others and operating as a team to drive business impact.
