Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices, strategies, and processes to enhance performance.

- Collaborate closely with departmental leadership, both internally and externally, to improve operational effectiveness across all departments.

- Mentor and guide coordinators within the Business Office and engage in cross-departmental leadership discussions.

- Provide cross-functional support across all areas of the Business Office.
- Utilize data and analysis to assess and enhance performance across departments.
- Partner with operational departments to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Offer developmental mentoring to junior personnel within the department.
- Participate in leadership meetings as required.

The salary range for this position is competitive and based on relevant, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Some college education or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility to work in an operational environment, including weekends and holidays.
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience.
- 3 years of applicable work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Passion for the industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven team leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of the interview process is required.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field involving quantitative analysis.
- Experience with resource scheduling applications.
- Familiarity with simulation software.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in handling complex data sets.
- Skills in web development and data visualization.
