At UnitedMasters, we're reimagining the way brands and artists come together to tell their stories, build profitable growth, and push culture forward. We're looking for an Associate Brand Partnerships Director to join our team in a hybrid role, with three days in office and two days remote.

Job Summary

We drive the Brand Partnerships revenue, sourced from new and existing partners, to monetize the core products of UnitedMasters. This role is responsible for pipeline generation, proactive sales strategy, and contributing to a high close rate. An ideal candidate will quickly learn the UnitedMasters positioning, ways of working, and how we effectively and efficiently attack revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Succeeding in achieving revenue targets by strategically growing current client accounts and building a new book of business.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities at various stages.
  • Evaluating, soliciting, and following up with targets through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
