About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Audit Manager to join our team at Sensata Technologies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our IT systems and infrastructure by conducting risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential vulnerability in IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and processes, encompassing both SOX compliance and operational audits.
  • Execute IT SOX audits in accordance with established standards and protocols, including evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to address audit findings and implement corrective actions in a timely manner, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to enhance the effectiveness of IT audit processes.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA) is required.
  • Proven experience in IT audit, risk management, or related fields in public accounting or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT), and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Subject matter expertise related to multiple areas, such as Sarbanes-Oxley and PCAOB requirements, IT risk assessment/operational IT audit, IT general controls, COBIT framework, information security/cyber frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST, AICPA, etc.), and systems development life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex IT systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in audit tools and software applications, as well as Microsoft Office suite, W-Desk.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.


The ideal candidate will have experience performing both Operational/Financial Audits as well as Technology Audits. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
