Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of $83,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients, and will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based interventions, including medication management and therapy
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a mental health setting
- A valid MA nursing license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
