Highly Skilled Federal Construction Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee federal construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a deep understanding of federal regulations, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with federal standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including government officials and subcontractors. Facilitate communication and address any concerns or issues.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with federal funding regulations. Prepare and submit regular financial reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the project comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Stay updated on changes to relevant laws and guidelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as necessary.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all work meets established standards and specifications. Conduct site inspections and reviews.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and overall progress.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Experience in project management, with a preference for candidates with a background in federal construction or concrete restoration.
