Payroll Specialist Position

Entegee is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for processing payroll, conducting audits, and assisting with various payroll-related tasks under the supervision of the US Payroll Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to employees.
- Conduct thorough audits on employee records, reconciling totals by department, location, and other relevant factors.
- Enforce policies to ensure accurate calculation and application of deductions, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Verify adherence to regulatory requirements, including workers' compensation, tax filing, and other payroll processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ADP/SAP Payroll processing.
- Proficiency in ADP Global View and familiarity with ADP eTime are preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong team player capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
