Job Overview

The Client Support Specialist role is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients in a courteous and professional manner. This position involves managing incoming inquiries with the goal of achieving resolution in a single interaction. Address and resolve issues related to discrepancies and customer feedback to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Responsible for reviewing company service initiatives to ensure adherence to 100% follow-up through client callbacks.

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this role is $24.00 to $24.00, influenced by various factors including the applicant's skills and qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market data, and other pertinent elements. Additional earnings may include bonuses or commissions where applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

If selected, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary (along with any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, team performance, and market conditions.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

SHIFT: Nights and Weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibits active, personal, daily engagement, visibility, open-mindedness, and professionalism towards Support Services, staff, internal and external clients, and suppliers.
  • Maintains necessary departmental documentation, reports, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures while ensuring timely processing and distribution of reports.
  • Handles and processes electronic or telephonic orders/requests.
  • Customer Service Operations
  • Monitors general email correspondence
  • Conducts service callbacks
  • Coordinates Patient Transport dispatch
  • Submits work orders for service requests

Qualifications

? 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
? High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.

? Excellent customer service and administrative skills are essential.
? Capability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with others.
? Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, with strong organizational skills.
