We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of People to join our team at Airbyte. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a holistic people strategy that supports the company's growth and success
  • Lead the Talent team to identify and attract top talent, and develop strategies to retain and engage employees
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance
  • Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices throughout the organization, and ensure that all employees feel valued and respected
  • Contribute to the development of organizational design and processes that support Airbyte's rapid growth and hybrid remote culture
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in people/HR, including talent management and talent acquisition/recruiting
  • 4+ years of experience in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of leading people operations and recruiting functions at a hyper-growth SaaS company
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in core talent/HR domains, including DEI, learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition, and remote culture
  • Superior interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
