Position: Junior Legal Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:
We are in search of a Junior Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Engaging with clients effectively
- Maintaining and organizing client records and documentation
Essential Skills:
- Confidence in supporting multiple billing professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capacity to thrive in a customer-focused environment
- Meticulous attention to detail while managing high volumes of work
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles is advantageous
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
Compensation: $23.63 per hour
