Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness Program Manager to lead our wellness initiatives and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement wellness programs that align with the company's health and wellness goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wellness initiatives into the workplace
  • Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations to ensure effectiveness
  • Provide education and training to employees on wellness topics
  • Manage the operations of the Wellness Center and Cardiac Rehab program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health education or public health
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in wellness program management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
