Dismas Charities is seeking a Resident Monitor to join our team in a community-based adult re-entry program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents' activities and ensure compliance with program rules and regulations.
- Assist with managing program services, including resident programming and supervision.
- Conduct regular internal and external inspections of the facility to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of program policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of paid work experience.
- Ability to work with individuals and groups in routine and emergency situations.
