Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to learn and understand all aspects of our financial operations
  • Assist in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and financial analysis
  • Support the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Participate in the preparation and distribution of invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Aid in monitoring accounts receivable aging and implementing strategies to minimize outstanding balances
  • Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and cultivating vendor relationships
  • Contribute to the analysis of profit/loss statements and offer insights to support decision-making
  • Maintain meticulous financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience and/or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; recent graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for financial management
  • Proficiency with financial management software, including Foundation software, is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Cooperative, team-player mentality
