Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Banking Professional to join our team at Financial Plus Credit Union. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking operations.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions. You will be responsible for processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Transactions: Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our products and services to members and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of transactions, including balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with members and colleagues.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and financial management software.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
