Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at the LATINX TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNITY CENTER. This is a full-time position responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

About the Role:

• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly invoicing for grants/projects.
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, funding sources, and organization policies.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and reports.
• Serve as a back-up for remote deposits & off-site deposits
• Maintain W9's for all accounts payable vendors.
• Participate in fundraising and LTCC community events.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and Accounting Certificate or 2-year associate in a related field and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior work experience in accounting is preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
