Full-Time Skilled Nursing Care Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide to join our team at Carolina Therapy Services. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity for a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to work in a skilled nursing setting. You will be responsible for delivering restorative nursing services to our residents, utilizing their individualized therapy or nursing plans of care. Your primary goal will be to assist our residents in achieving their highest level of independence and well-being.
Responsibilities- Deliver restorative nursing services to residents as outlined in their therapy or nursing plans of care.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote resident independence and quality of life.
- Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to ensure accurate documentation and effective care planning.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Participate in regular training and education sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in restorative nursing practices.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid CNA certification.
- One year of experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with restorative nursing duties.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
