Position Overview:
- As the primary liaison for our customers in the service department, Service Advisors are crucial in showcasing our dedication to OUTSTANDING customer service and automotive maintenance. Your knowledge will assist clients through the service and repair journey, ensuring a smooth and gratifying experience.
Compensation Structure:
- $4,000 - $9,000 monthly (commissions based on performance).

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership (General Motors or similar experience).
- Availability for Full-Time work, 5 days a week, during business hours Monday through Saturday.
- Experience in advising customers on warranty options and cost-saving measures, scheduling service appointments, providing accurate labor and parts estimates, and collaborating with dealership parts/service departments.
- Ability to greet customers warmly, build rapport, and work alongside technicians and mechanics to ensure clarity on vehicle issues and timely repairs/maintenance.
- Proficient in monitoring service progress to keep customers updated on status, delays, or additional repairs needed.
- Experience in processing repair orders, invoices, and payment transactions in line with company policies.
- Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company and manufacturer standards.
- Skilled in managing customer service complaints and resolving issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with dealership software programs such as Reynolds & Reynolds.
- Effective communication skills with customers and company personnel.
- Knowledge of and adherence to Safeguards rules and regulations.
