Position Overview:

  • As the initial point of contact for our customers in the service department, Service Advisors are crucial in embodying our dedication to OUTSTANDING customer service and automotive expertise. Your knowledge will assist clients throughout the maintenance and repair journey, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Compensation Structure:

  • $4,000 - $9,000 monthly (commissions based on performance).

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • College Degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership (General Motors or similar).
  • Availability to work Full Time, 5 days a week, during business hours Monday through Saturday.
  • Experience in advising customers on warranty options and potential cost savings, scheduling service appointments, providing accurate labor/parts estimates, and coordinating with dealership parts/service departments.
  • Ability to greet customers, build rapport, and collaborate with technicians and mechanics to ensure clear understanding of vehicle issues and timely repairs/maintenance.
  • Capability to monitor service maintenance progress, keeping customers informed of status, delays, or any additional repairs required.
  • Experience in processing repair orders, invoices, and payment transactions in line with company policies.
  • Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company and manufacturer standards.
  • Skill in managing customer service complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with dealership software programs such as Reynolds & Reynolds.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and company personnel.
  • Adherence to Safeguards rules and regulations.
