As a Service Advisor for Hendrick Automotive Group, you will play a vital role in representing our commitment to exceptional customer service and automotive care. Your expertise will guide customers through the maintenance and repair process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to ensure understanding of vehicle problems and timely repairs/maintenance.
  • Estimating and Scheduling: Provide accurate estimates for labor/parts and schedule service appointments to meet customer needs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and company personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • CSI Management: Monitor and maintain CSI at or above company and manufacturer standards.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage customer service complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: College degree, high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of service advisor experience in a dealership (General Motors or similar).
  • Skills: Knowledge of dealership software programs, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, business hours Monday-Saturday.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: $4,000 - $9,000 per month (commissions based on job performance).
