Office Services Coordinator
A leading Private Equity firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day facilities management of their high-end office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and trustworthy individual who enjoys this type of work.
Responsibilities include:
- Stocking the internal kitchen for employees
- Assisting with expenses in Concur
- Receiving and processing mail and packages
- Supporting conference room coordinators
- Ordering and stocking office supplies and refreshments
- Running errands and completing tasks as needed
- Cleaning and maintaining conference rooms
- Reporting to the Director of Office Services based in Chicago
- Occasional internal office and workstation moves
- General office-facility management
