Job Title

Office Services Coordinator

A leading Private Equity firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day facilities management of their high-end office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and trustworthy individual who enjoys this type of work.


Responsibilities include:

  • Stocking the internal kitchen for employees
  • Assisting with expenses in Concur
  • Receiving and processing mail and packages
  • Supporting conference room coordinators
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies and refreshments
  • Running errands and completing tasks as needed
  • Cleaning and maintaining conference rooms
  • Reporting to the Director of Office Services based in Chicago
  • Occasional internal office and workstation moves
  • General office-facility management
