We are seeking a Test Engineer to enhance our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and execution of manual testing procedures. Additionally, you will create comprehensive test strategies and documentation.

Position Details:
  • Location: Hybrid work model
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred; extensive experience may substitute for degree
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a Test Engineer role

Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance or Active Interim Secret Security Clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases.
  • Create test strategies and documentation for testing plans.
  • Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, and developers to address and retest application functionalities.
  • Assist in the configuration and upkeep of automated testing environments, focusing on continuous testing and DevOps methodologies.
  • Convert manual testing scenarios into automated test suites that are efficient and easy to manage.
Qualifications:
  • Experience or training in Salesforce and/or MuleSoft is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $101,899.00 per year
  • Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
Relocation:
  • Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience Requirements:
  • SQL: 1 year (preferred)
  • Selenium: 1 year (preferred)
  • Test automation: 1 year (preferred)
Security Clearance:
  • Secret (preferred); must have DOD Security clearance.
