Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. Your expertise in mechanical systems, electrical and pneumatic systems, and fabrication will be essential in troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues. If you have a strong mechanical background and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute line and equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical background and knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Basic fabrication skills and ability to work with various materials.
- PLC knowledge preferred.
