Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist

Kleen Test Products is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Port Washington, WI manufacturing plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and plant facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintain production equipment and plant facilities
- Execute line and equipment changeovers
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production
- Promote teamwork and collaboration among maintenance staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of applicable experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Prior experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing equipment
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
