Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation Engineer to join our team at our Port Washington, WI location.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in packaging, equipment validation, or engineering technical writing, with a strong emphasis on natural sciences or engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing installation, operation, and performance qualification protocols and summary reports.
  • Communicating technical knowledge with peers and colleagues in other departments.
  • Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) / Work Instructions.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and Cleaning Validation Master Plan (CVMP) schedules.

Requirements include:

  • An associate or bachelor's degree with a strong emphasis in a natural science or engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with regulatory and GMP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Competitive salary range: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year.
