Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Adecco. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations for FDA, EPA, DNR, OSHA, and other regulating organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance to Federal, State, and Local regulations for FDA, EPA, DNR, OSHA, and other regulating organizations.
  • Assist in the overall support and maintenance of customer specific regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Communicate with Retailers to obtain required documentation.
  • Manage Retail portals to ensure quality/regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor product changes and communicate to retailers to ensure accuracy within portals.
  • Ensure company is compliant with specifications for retail and branded products.
  • Monitor and inform the organization of Regulatory compliance changes for all federal, state, local and customer requirements.
  • Perform data trending/analysis to support internal audit program and other functional groups.
  • Conduct internal audits as necessary to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance record filing and maintenance.
  • Conduct studies according to government protocols.
  • Participate in compliance activities within the company during and after inspections or during regulatory action by a government agency.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience with OSHA, EPA, or FDA compliance administration.
  • Experience with SDS coordination.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with great attention to details.
  • Familiar with Regulatory compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with coordinating compliance activities and training.
  • Experience writing and reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Experience facilitating or participating in committees and teams.
  • Experience conducting audits and inspections.
  • Experience in International Regulations.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
