Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and plant facilities.
  • Execute line and equipment changeovers to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among maintenance staff to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of applicable experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing equipment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
