Job Overview

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our team. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting with sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist prospective residents with information regarding the housing process, including answering questions and providing guidance on lease options.
  • Utilize our customer management program to consistently follow up with prospective residents, reach out to new applicants, and assist customers through various methods of communication.
  • Run and produce reports for site and regional managers, design marketing flyers, audit lease paperwork, and update our website.
  • Ensure all lease paperwork is completed and entered into Yardi, and audit leases to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to and manage resident complaints and/or service issues, and coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
  • Compile multiple daily/weekly/monthly reports, and provide written and verbal communication to team, prospects, and residents.
  • Manage the lifecycle of residents and run reports to audit program within LeaseHawk.
  • Contact all new applicants, and create marketing flyers through LeaseLabs program.
  • Update our website regarding pricing and specials, and work with site on changes that need to be made.
  • Post marketing ads and respond/follow up with leads.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $26.00 Hourly
