- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry.
- Lead Negotiations and Close Deals: Collaborate with clients to negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Provide Expert Knowledge: Share expertise on rotables, aircraft components, and parts inventory with clients.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Prepare Sales Forecasts and Reports: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management decisions.
- Participate in Industry Events: Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's services.
- Minimum 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in aviation sales, business development, rotables, aircraft components, and parts inventory.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Strong Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the aviation industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to make informed business decisions.
- Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
