Position Overview

Role Summary:

As a UX/UI Talent Acquisition Specialist at AugmentJobs, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing outstanding UX/UI design professionals. Collaborating closely with our design teams and hiring leaders, you will ensure that we bring in top-tier candidates who can enhance our user experience and interface design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Formulate and implement innovative sourcing strategies to discover and engage potential UX/UI designers through diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry networking events.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assess resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' portfolios to confirm their alignment with our design standards and organizational objectives.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Leaders: Work in partnership with design team leads and hiring managers to grasp specific role requirements, team dynamics, and project expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with prospective candidates, ensuring their engagement throughout the recruitment journey while effectively representing AugmentJobs.
  • Industry Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide informed recommendations and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and current records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics are maintained within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Elevate AugmentJobs as an employer of choice by highlighting our company culture, values, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, preferably with a focus on UX/UI design roles.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, tools, and processes to effectively assess candidates' skills and portfolios.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technology: Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is advantageous.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Design, or a related field is preferred.
