Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role within the TPC Recruiting Team. This team is designed to manage rapid expansion, implement organizational strategies, and devise effective solutions. The Specialist is expected to be innovative, self-motivated, and capable of thinking outside the box in a dynamic environment. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers and significantly contribute to the recruitment of top-tier talent while also acting as a consultant and change agent. Additionally, they will engage in recruitment initiatives aimed at enhancing overall value for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and refer candidates for senior-level positions as required by our clients.
- Work proactively with clients to understand their current hiring requirements and expectations.
- Maintain relationships with Business Partners to secure future job opportunities.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Assess candidates by discussing job requirements and qualifications with management.
- Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up and strategize with managers to evaluate their recruitment effectiveness.
- Coordinate interviews and travel arrangements for management as necessary.
- Establish connections with universities to facilitate on-site interviews and participate in career fairs.
- Proactively recruit experienced candidates for various roles through cold calling.
- Engage in special recruitment projects as required (e.g., conferences, events).
- Perform any additional tasks deemed appropriate for this role as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
- Strong customer focus with a solutions-oriented approach to support all management levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to devise creative strategies and solutions to meet client needs.
- Capability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.
- A minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in staffing agency recruitment.
