POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the initial stages of the recruitment process, focusing on developing a robust talent pool for various opportunities within TeamHealth.
This professional will employ a range of sourcing strategies, including advanced online searches, outreach through calls, networking within professional circles, mining databases, and conducting competitor analysis to cultivate a strong network of both passive and active candidates for TeamHealth's opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies and evaluates potential candidates for various roles.
Engages with the community to enhance the visibility of TeamHealth and its available positions.
Conducts outreach via calls, texts, and emails to meet recruitment objectives and discover potential candidates for contract roles.
Maintains a database of qualified candidates.
Communicates regularly with the Director of Client Services and Territory Managers regarding engagement with candidates.
Assesses leads for potential opportunities and organizational fit, discussing insights with the Director of Client Services and the assigned Territory Manager.
Handles incoming inquiries related to available positions.Monitors external platforms for potential leads.
Utilizes social media expertise to generate candidate interest.
Employs a database to document, track, and organize recruitment activities.
Participates in various projects as assigned.
Contributes as a proactive member of a collaborative team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in sales or customer service.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient decision-making and judgment skills.
Effective negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skilled in managing deadlines, multitasking, and handling high-pressure situations.
Team-oriented mindset.
Proficient in computer applications (preferably Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases).
Strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage confidential information.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Position is based in a modern office environment.
Occasional lifting of light items (up to 15 pounds).
