We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Coordinator to join our team at Cenergy International. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify incoming raw stock, ensuring accuracy and quantity.
  • Load and unload trucks, moving raw material to the proper location.
  • Identify and code raw material, operating saws to cut stock to dimensional specifications.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and report critical shortages or problems.
  • Issue jobs per schedule, updating shop floor, MRP, and other systems.
  • Identify parts using proper identification methods and equipment, laying out exact dimensions and locations for identification markings.
  • Prepare parts and materials for safe handling and shipment, completing necessary paperwork and shipping records.
  • Prepare packaging per specifications, including computer input for labels, forms, and shipping records.
  • Interpret shipping instructions, preparing air bills, bills of lading, and sales order forms.
  • Receive shipments at the receiving dock, forwarding materials to the appropriate team.
  • Weigh or count incoming/outbound parts or materials, performing data input to update system records.
  • Perform cycle inventory count, maintaining and updating necessary records using a computer.
  • Execute advanced Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) functions, such as adding requisitions, releasing requisitions, editing, filling shortages, and deleting requisitions.
  • Clean and remove oil and contamination from parts and equipment, following proper procedures and specifications.
  • Assist in maintaining cleaning solutions in equipment, oiling parts to prevent rust and corrosion.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years related product support experience or demonstrated ability to perform described position responsibilities
  • May be required to operate moving equipment and saw equipment, meeting OSHA safety qualifications
  • May require forklift operator certificate
  • Good knowledge of computer terminal operations
  • Must demonstrate manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to read and understand related forms and specifications
  • May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
  • Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property
