Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Account Manager to join our team at Prime Communications. As an AT&T Fiber Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the sales of AT&T Fiber and network infrastructure to property owners and residential communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and attending to their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Business Sales: Generate value by developing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating with clients, and closing deals.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and finding ways to improve retention.
  • Market Research: Stay informed and knowledgeable about industry trends, analyzing data, and showing growth opportunities to produce strategic plans.
  • Team Executive: Communicate effectively and collaboratively with internal teams to provide clients with clear and correct information and ensure their needs are met.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze data from current individual and team sales and performance metrics to set new attainable retail goals and create strategies to meet and exceed them.
  • Administrative Operations: Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience with solutions-based selling in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Demonstration of great leadership skills, communication and formal presentation skills, teamwork, professional work ethic, self-motivation, adaptable and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use CRM software and sales tools to manage up-to-date records of sales activities and track progress.
