**Job Title:** Property Management Administrative Assistant
**About the Role:
- We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our team.
- This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to property management, including invoice processing, transaction posting, and basic accounting.
**Responsibilities:*
- Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of invoices for insurance, taxes, utilities, rent, etc.
- Tenant Payments: Post tenant payments to outstanding invoices in the software.
- Excel Skills: Manage and update spreadsheets in Excel, including creating new spreadsheets and formulas.
- Professional Communication: Compose and write professional letters.
- Accounting Principles: Understand and apply basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.
- Independent Work: Work independently and proactively, offering creative solutions to improve processes.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support full-time operations.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:*
- Strong computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to create and manage spreadsheets and formulas in Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
**Salary and Benefits:*
**Estimated Salary Range:** $28.00 - $35.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
**Benefits Package:** Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
**Work Environment:** This is a fully onsite position in Albuquerque, NM.
