Administrative Coordinator for Public Services

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Silver City. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
**About the Role**
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in public administration, office management, and/or personnel management, customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting the public and providing assistance with permits, licenses, and other departmental processes
- DIRECTING QUERIES TO APPROPRIATE STAFF FOR ASSISTANCE
- Providing planning support and maintaining all department records, including files and logs of activities
- Administering property records and preparing minutes and agendas for meetings
- Scheduling meeting rooms and supporting staff with zoning administration and permit procedures
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
