Job Title: Mental Health ProfessionalJob Summary

At People Encouraging People, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our ACT Team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment and counseling services to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing counseling, therapy, and support services to individuals, groups, and families.
  • Identify gaps in service and advocate for the development of needed services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
  • Provide case management services, including coordinating and monitoring individual treatment plans.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and provide consultation and educational services to community agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and adhere to the ACT Model of Care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
