Join LifeBridge Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Brain Health Unit
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our 40-bed unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
About the Unit:
The Brain Health Unit is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Our patients require medical and psych diagnoses, and our staff members are trained to provide comprehensive care that addresses their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management and rehabilitation services
- Assist patients with daily activities and engage them in group activities and one-on-one exercises
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and experience with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
